At the Werrington Dental Practice, patient care is of the utmost importance to us. You will be met by a team of experienced and friendly receptionists, dentists and nurses. All committed to making your visit as efficient and comfortable as possible. A hygienist is also available at the Practice.
We are committed to the BDA Good Practice Scheme and all staff regularly undertakes Continuing Professional Development to ensure that they stay at the cutting edge of any new developments in dentistry.
For our extremely nervous patients, we offer Intravenous Sedation. An injection of Midazolam is given in the arm which puts the anxious patient into a very relaxed state, allowing the dentist to carry out the planned dental treatment. The patient leaves the surgery extremely happy, having no recollection of the visit to the dentist.
An Independent Dental Laboratory is situated within the Practice. This can be advantages to the patient when dental treatment is required in a hurry that involves a technician’s expertise, such as a repair to a denture or a new front crown. The on site laboratory also assists in complex cases where there are difficulties in determining the shape and colour of new artificial teeth.
The Practice is conveniently located on the bus route that runs from the City Centre and we have a bus stop right outside our front door. Free car parking is available to the rear of the Practice building and in the Werrington Shopping Centre a few yards away.
