Emergency Care
Patients of the practice who have a dental emergency when the surgery is closed should telephone 01733 573244. A recorded message will give details of the on-call dentist.
During opening hours please call the practice first thing in the morning to arrange an emergency appointment with your dentist.
Payment options
We take all credit/debit cards, cheques with a cheque guarantee card and cash.
We also offer interest-free credit to enable patients to spread the cost of treatments costing between £250 and £500 over six months interest free. Treatments costing more than £500 can be spread over 12 months interest free.
This is subject to status, more details are available on request.
Cancellation of Appointment/ Failure to Attend
If you are not able to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. This will enable us to offer the time to someone who may need it urgently. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge being made to your account. Please ring the practice on 01733 573244.
Failure to attend or cancel an appointment in time, will result in a charge being made to your account. The charge must be paid in full before another appointment will be made. All other pre-booked appointments will be cancelled.
Disabled access
Disabled patient access is extremely important to us. Since the dental practice has been purpose built, this has been factored into the design of the building as a high priority. The entire practice is at ground level and all the facilities in the practice have been designed to make your visit as comfortable and convenient as possible.
As we regard every patient as unique, should you have any extra special requirements, please contact the practice prior to your first visit so that we can meet them.
